We are a small, friendly Allotment Association based on the edge of Cutteslowe Park.
We have some 36 allotments and 58 members. The plots vary in size from smaller starter plots and half plots to larger full plots.
We work closely with the local community and have raised beds for those with mobilty issues and Cutteslowe Primary School also have beds on the site.
Our membership spans the full age range from youngsters at school and those in their early twenties to families with children and senior citizens. We have an almost equal number of men and women
and eleven nationalities cultivating a wide range of vegetables, fruit and flowers.
Facilities include an on-site composting toilet, mains water, a hand pumped well, a community poly tunnel, a solar power source for charging batteries and
secure container storage for Association equipment. The Association also arranges deliveries of bark and compost/manure. We have regular work parties and an annual Summer BBQ for family and
friends
We have a mix of experienced vegetable growers and many members who have recently joined in the fun that can be had growing and eating your own produce. Our New Members' Guide 2019
